Prague Challenge 1: How improve communication between citizens and the municipal administration?
Navigating life transitions, such as moving, having a child, and other significant milestones, can be challenging, particularly when interacting with municipal administration. Many residents, especially those from socially and economically disadvantaged backgrounds, struggle with communication, accessing necessary documents, and identifying the appropriate authorities to contact.
Thus, the City of Prague is seeking an innovative digital solution to facilitate communication between citizens and the municipal administration. The development of new tools aims to enhance city life by providing accessible solutions for all residents. A user-friendly chatbot interface is envisioned as one potential option to serve as an intermediary between residents and local authorities, facilitating efficient communication and service delivery. Residents could ask the chatbot life-related questions, which will subsequently provide guidance on required procedures and municipal interactions.
The piloting team must organize and facilitate co-creation session(s) in Prague in the target group’s language. Operator ICT Prague or KITT 6, a municipal organisation of Prague 6, will host pilot in Prague.

Prague Challenge 2: How can the feedback gap between citizens and authorities be narrowed?
Navigating citizens’ feedback related to city life can be challenging for municipalities. Certain communities, particularly those including marginalized groups, often face challenges in providing input to relevant city departments. Additionally, many residents lack awareness of available feedback channels.
Therefore, the City of Prague is seeking an innovative digital solution to facilitate the transmission of feedback from citizens to city authorities. The objective is to develop and implement user-friendly tools that benefit all city residents. The solution should leverage artificial intelligence to enable citizens to provide immediate feedback on various urban issues, including reporting damaged public property. The platform should categorize input based on content and urgency, routing it to the appropriate city authorities.
The piloting team must organize and facilitate co-creation session(s) in Prague in the target group’s language. Operator ICT Prague will host up to two pilots in Prague.
