The CommuniCity Manuals are the main guide to the cities participating in the CommuniCity Open Calls during the 2023-2025 timeframe. By the end of August 2025, these manuals will help all cities in organising their own open calls and running agile pilots.
The Open Calls Instruction Manual provides general guidelines for organising and conducting open calls for pilot programs. This tool kit includes advices, learnings and real-world examples straight from the CommuniCity project.
The CommuniCity project is currently using this manual to manage its open call rounds that are running from 2023 to 2025. The content of this manual is expected to evolve during the CommuniCity project. The final version, to be published by August 31st 2025, will be edited to include a comprehensive set of instructions along with hands-on examples from the CommuniCity project.
The CommuniCity Piloting toolkit assists co-creating solutions on a local level based on agile piloting methodology. The toolkit will help the pilot managers of the cities and other communities manage their pilots in a manner that benefits all related stakeholders. This toolkit provides guidance on a very practical level including for example templates for meetings and reporting.
