This toolbox is based on co-creation experiences with marginalised groups in CommuniCity, where collaboration on equal terms is a core principle. Co-creation focuses on addressing the challenges of the target group by involving them directly in the design process. This human-centered design approach, which includes activities such as drawing and role-playing, allows for a deeper understanding of the group’s needs and aspirations.
