M.I.A.C. (Cuneo)

The Cuneo Agri-food Wholesale Market (M.I.A.C.) is a joint-stock consortium located in Ronchi, near Cuneo, designed to facilitate efficient distribution by connecting supply and demand while minimizing urban impact. Initially focused on livestock markets, it expanded to include wine grapes, small pets, and now hosts the Cuneo Chamber of Commerce’s commodity exchange. The facility offers various support services, including weighing, vehicle disinfection, slaughterhouses, and event spaces. Notable events include “Sapori della carne” and the National Exhibition of the Piedmontese Cattle Breed. Since 2016, M.I.A.C. also manages the Agrifood Hub of the Piedmont Region.
